The Market features a variety of individually packaged freshly prepared grab-and-go salads, sandwiches, hot entrees and snacks for a convenient, versatile and contactless shopping experience. and that makes me sad because I wanted to love it and I know restaurants are struggling in general.Amenities at The Food Lab welcome members and guests including a fully redesigned coffee bar (Grounds Control), marketplace (The Market), and concepts such as Outer Crust (pizza), Velocity Grill, Galaxy Greens (salad bar), Deep Space Deli, alongside a rotating concept, Community Kitchen. All I know is that the meal was so bad I can never go back. The noodles were OK but we both thought over salty. I looked at him and asked him if he tried a scallop and he said he did but was sandy. Each scallop I tried was so filled with sand. He shared with me since I couldn't eat my meal. My husband had stir fried udon noodles with seafood. I don't know if it was bad meat or lower quality. The potatoes were good, sauce was good but the beef tasted. They came out and I was stunned at how bad they were. I knew the braised short ribs would save the evening. They forgot the pears but I ate it anyway. I'm just in shock at how completely bad it was! What happened? We started with duck confit spring rolls which were to die for last summer. I had such an awesome meal this past summer (I gave it a 5 star review and posted all over Facebook how great our meal was) and knew it would be worth. I told my friend that for my birthday I wanted to go here.
